Ed is a partner at Prism Group and a 30-year veteran of Washington politics, Congressional affairs, and foreign policy.  During that time, he has represented diverse interests of major corporations, trade associations and sovereign governments. His focus is on strategic advice and daily advocacy on complex business and political matters, helping clients understand the political and policy dynamics of Washington and foreign capitals.

 

He works with international and domestic companies and trade association by managing inter-disciplinary teams and coalition partners that blend legislative, political, message, media, and third-party experts to effectively influence the policy-making process at the highest levels.

 

He has spent significant time working in some of the most challenging political environments in the world. He has worked on-the-ground in more than 25 nations, managing programs in complex and rapidly changing political conditions. Ed's global experience has centered on complex international issues, such as free trade agreements – notably AGOA, TPP and USMCA, bilateral treaties, and high-profile elections.

 

Earlier in his career, he worked on numerous Republican elections and staffed Republican presidential nominating conventions in whip operations, communications, and delegate management.
